Femi has over 35 years of accounting, financial advisory, corporate finance, principal investment and project finance experience in the international and West African markets.
Managed the execution of over US$10b of energy transactions including a US$276m sale of a downstream marketing business, a US$150m transportation business as well as a US$100m real estate development.
Previous experiences include Managing Director/CEO of BGL’s Investment Banking Group, Investment banker at Rand Merchant Bank’ and Head & Director with Stanbic Bank’s Project & Structured Finance Group.
