Peju has over 22 years of experience in Retail Banking and Human Resource Management. She has expertise in collaborating with Management in developing and implementing HR and operational strategies that align with the business strategy of the organization.
She oversees Corporate Governance practices and drives the ESG and impact objectives of the Business; providing strategic guidance on incorporating ESH factors in both existing and pipeline projects.
Peju holds Bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Akoka, a Certification in Finance (FFE) from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France, is a member, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), SMP by Lagos Business School, Nigeria, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
